King Arthur: Legion IX is a turn-based, character-driven tactical RPG set in the dark fantasy world of King Arthur: Knight’s Tale. This new installment invites players to the mythical land of Avalon with a fresh storyline and heroes, while still presenting formidable challenges for returning players.
A new danger threatens Avalon as the long-lost Ninth Legion of Rome arrives on the enchanted island. Their commander, the fallen hero Gaius Julius Mento, has been granted a demonic legion by the deceased emperor, Septimus Sulla, to escape Tartarus. However, upon accidentally entering the magical realm of the Lady of the Lake, Mento aims to conquer the island and establish Eternal Rome. First, he must reunite his lost legion.
Embark on a Roman-themed campaign as Gaius Julius Mento, a tribune of the undead Ninth Legion, as he explores Avalon. Face nightmarish monsters, challenge the Pict tribes, confront the monstrous Fomorians, and outwit the cunning Sídhe.
